About
I came to real estate from IT and digital, and have spent fifteen years taking property ideas from the drawing board into day-to-day operation. My ground is general management and business development in real estate and proptech — where a strategy is only worth what it survives on contact with the market, the cash and the teams.
Since late 2018 I have co-run Hiptown, a network of flexible and operated offices we grew from nothing to 66 sites, 55,000 sqm under management, 300 clients and €23m in 2025 revenue (+35% year on year), at an occupancy rate above 85%. I structured and negotiated a €12m raise from Nexity, launched two asset-enhancement products for landlords and asset managers (MSO and OXO), and led the sales, marketing and operations teams as well as the network's financial performance.
I also run Windorah, an independent estate agency based in Morbihan, across three lines of work: transaction, investment and private-wealth advisory. I have focused it on operated real estate — residential, office and retail — and on embedding artificial intelligence into valuation and transaction work. I also speak at conferences on that subject: which tools to adopt now to gain performance.
Since 2025, I have been a facilitator for La Fresque de l'IA ('The AI Fresco'), the reference collaborative workshop for understanding the impact of artificial intelligence. In small groups, working through three sets of cards — use cases, consequences, conditions for success — participants build a shared, hands-on understanding of AI in half a day, rather than sitting through a top-down presentation. I run these sessions for real-estate teams and beyond, a direct extension of how I already work at Windorah and Hiptown: AI as a tool people take ownership of together, not a black box imposed on them.
Before that I advised the executive boards of major groups — Altarea Cogedim, Gecina, Covivio, Allianz Real Estate, La Française REIM, Nexity — on innovation strategy and the creation of new business units. I led teams of 10 to 35 people at Yoyo, Citylity and SpiceSoft, contributed to more than €16m raised in total, and started out on the digital side, consulting for BNP Paribas Real Estate and Groupe La Poste.
What defines me: moving freely between strategic structuring and hands-on execution — sales, cash, process, AI, IT, data — and a deliberate use of AI as an execution lever, with process automation and low-code development as daily practice. This site is one example of it; it was designed and built that way — as is Bateaux de la rade, a free service I built to bring together live timetables for the harbour ferries linking Lorient, Locmiquélic and Port-Louis.
Outside the office, I race. Thousands of sea miles and countless regattas since childhood, mostly offshore keelboats and classic yachts — 8 and 12 Metre class, the Fastnet, transatlantic racing, Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez, Régates Royales, Spi Ouest-France, Drheam Cup. Crewed racing and rugby taught me most of what I apply in business: a clear heading, defined roles, and the ability to rewrite the plan when the conditions change.
Alongside all this, I have been DJing since the age of fifteen, and co-founded the Panache collective, whose purpose is to put our heritage in the spotlight through live DJ sets and film.
